About Miller Growth Advisory

Ben Miller started as a software engineer and went on to build and lead commercial teams across multiple companies.
Since 2020 he has worked with more than 70 VC and PE-backed and established B2B companies, supporting founders and revenue leaders across sales, marketing, GTM, and RevOps.
Ben is brought in when teams need clearer strategy, stronger execution, or experienced leadership to navigate inflection points such as moving from founder-led sales to a professional team, scaling a repeatable motion, or maintaining momentum during a leadership transition.
How I think about commercial growth
Most growth problems aren’t strategic. They’re execution, focus, or decision-making issues. These are the principles I use to diagnose and fix them.
Strategy must connect to execution
Long-term goals and quarterly plans often drift apart. The work is aligning strategy to how teams actually sell, prioritise, and operate day to day.
Sales skill is a fast lever
Improving discovery, qualification, and deal control is often the fastest way to increase revenue without changing product or market.
Leadership decisions matter
Founders and CROs need external perspective to spot blind spots, make better calls, and hold the organisation to clear standards.
